FAQs

What can go in a Trash Brothers skip bin?

General waste is anything excluding hardfill / cleanfill, tyres, liquid paint, chemicals, vehicle batteries, polystyrene (unless specified on order), or any other toxic or hazardous waste. This is reiterated on the side of every 9m skip bin. For a full list of the material NOT allowed in a general waste bin scroll down to our terms and conditions.

Hardfill is rocks and tiles and cleanfill is soil/dirt.

Hardfill / cleanfill bins must not include any general waste and or vegetation. If the wrong material is loaded into a hardfill / cleanfill bin then the bin will be tipped as general waste and this will incur additional charges.

For health and safety reasons the bin must be loaded no higher than the top of the bin.

Do you have weight limits?

How long can I hire a bin for?

Our standard quote includes up to 5 days of hire from drop off to pick up. Additional days are $20 per day.

What days can I have a bin delivered and picked up?

We can deliver and pick up six days a week (Monday through to Saturday). There are no delivery or collections on Sundays, public holidays and during our annual Christmas/New Year shutdown period.
